Brazil Jazblu Peaberry

There’s something a little different about this coffee.

Most coffee cherries produce two seeds that grow together, creating the familiar flat-sided coffee bean. Every so often, though, nature does something different. Instead of two seeds developing, only one forms... a small, round bean known as a peaberry.

Brazil Jazblu Peaberry is made up of these naturally occurring peaberries, carefully separated from the rest of the harvest. Their distinctive shape allows them to move and roast differently than traditional flat beans, helping us develop an exceptionally even roast and bring out the smooth, rich character we love in Brazilian coffee.

Our roast results in a full-bodied, approachable cup with a natural sweetness, smooth character, and satisfying finish... the kind of coffee that's easy to come back to morning after morning.
